Reinforced concrete floors / industrial concrete floors
For new buildings or in cases where there is time for the concrete to mature, today the most used type of industrial floors are the so-called reinforced concrete.
The advantage is the speed of laying and long-term high utility value. According to the required load, the strength of the concrete layer and the density of the wires are calculated with a static calculation.
A 15 cm layer reinforced with 20 kg of wires per 1 m2 is most often used for normal production/logistics.
It is ideal to cover the resulting floor with infill, possibly paints or squeegees.
